As some of you know I work in a school, and every big school holiday I try to make a batch of general cards to fill my box that lives in the staffroom!
This batch was of about 100 but a few of them were made into gift bundles for pressies!
All my batch cards are the same size and consist of a quick embellishment mounted on a die cut square of pretty patterned paper (usually K&Co).
So I start my die cutting loads of squares...scalloped of course!
Here is my little pile of scalloped lovelies...
Cos i am super tight with my yummy papers i also cut a smaller square out of the scalloped square slightly smaller than the matt that will cover it so i can use it for another project!

I then die cut a cream of white square to matt on top of my scalloped square as so...
And then i mount my embellishments on them, i tend to use mainly K&Co and tend to go by the rule that each embellishment must cost no more than 50p!
I then mount my toppers onto card blanks to match the cream or white matt that i have used and voila!
No pics of individual cards as i have kept these to blog periodically so you don't get bored of looking at them all in one go!
I just popped the finished cards into my cake stand to keep them organised, but thought they looked quite cute in there before they were popped into a cello bag and dragged off to the staff room!
