WOYWW - Some crafty shopping

On my work desk today is a very well filled Home Bargains Bag!!!

Wana know whats in it????

First up some halloween chocs - 59p a net, thought that was quite good and will make some cheap sweetie bags up for trick or treaters!

Elizabeth Shaw mints, my favw thing to decorate!! they work perfect with the stampin up scalloped punch and are great for so many occasions, i have done them for all of the seasons, wedding favors and thank you gifts in the past! These were £1.99 they may be cheaper if they have them as BOGOF in the supermarkets closter to chtistmas

i like these hair clips as they are longer than the normal ones and better for making felty clips with!! only 39p a strip which makes them a bargain!

Butthese notbooks were my bargain of the day!!! I love the colours on the edges of the pages and as they are all black they are begging for some very funky altering!!!
There were 2 sizes, A6 size at 25p each!!!! and A5 at a bargainous 29p each!!!

Hope you can find some bargains if you stop by your store!!

Hugs

oh my word! you've really got some fab bargains there. Can't wait to see what you do with the books. As for the mint chocolates ... I know I'd get no where near using them in a project .. I'd have eaten them as soon as I took them out of the bag LOL.

I love Home Bargains... I worked opposite the 1st one that opened and remember Mr Morris who started it all, very well. It's gone on to bigger things with so many new stores but still with quality bargains.

Yeah Lisa, I'd like the bargains, but never heard of Home Bargain Store around these parts! Never mind - but be sure to show and tell, huh! And becasue I'm late, I've seen the etched glass and would love details and know how please!

I started with the Halloween die cut magnets post and found my way to WOYWW (grin). This is one busy desk. It looks like you really are ready for some serious altering with those books. I can't believe how cheap those books were. I didn't need a converter to tell you got a REAL bargain, especially with the straps that hold the pages together.

Sorry I'm really, really late this week, especially since I'm #2 on the WOYWW list. The only excuse I have is life and company got in the way. And of course blogger gave me Error 503 most of Wednesday.
